master project thesis at ulm university of applied sciences

last week, our managing director marc gruber visited the ulm university of applied sciences. the reason was the presentation of a master's project thesis, which we were happy to support. four students promoted the development of thu's industry 4.0 demonstrator in their master project these. with this, practical production and logistics scenarios can be implemented using industrial components for control and communication technology. we have the necessary hardware for this together with the company beckhoff automation donated. the demonstrator represents an important development and evaluation platform for the university's research on the topics of skill-based manufacturing and agent-based automation. we are very impressed by how committed and pioneering the work of the students is and are pleased that we can do our part to promote young talent. a heartfelt thanks goes to Beckhoff for their willingness to support this and to thu for the partnership relationship.
