we are  growing! we are growing so much so that office workplaces sometimes have to be occupied twice. this shouldn't stay like that: we are building!! with goldbeck we have a reliable partner for the construction project by our side. modern and functional, innovative and suitable for everyday use, sustainable and of course with lots of orange. the ideal location for us is found in the industrial park of the municipality of merklingen. the plot is 5,300 m² in size and is located directly on the motorway a8. since merklingen also has a stop on the new wendlingen — ulm railway line, we will be optimally connected to the transport network in the future. 60 parking spaces are planned, some with e-charging stations, which will then be provided by our employees can be used. sufficient electricity for this and of course for the building will soon come from the roof. A 120 kwh photovoltaic system will be installed there. the roof itself is a timber truss construction. in future, our office space will extend over three floors, on an area of around 1,500 m². the construction of our optimal automation solutions will take place in the future on 1,300 m² of production area, with a building height of 11,5 m. modern sanitary facilities, changing rooms and space for breaks and joint activities have also been considered. the excavators of kurt gansloser gmbh are already preparing the property. we can hardly wait until construction starts soon. for us it is a commitment to germany as a location. we are investing in the future of our company, our employees, our country. we offer training and jobs in rural regions, even though we are operating internationally.
