we are now showing clever automation solutions, exciting and interesting facts about our company in a video! to kick things off, we present a project from our special machine construction division: a robot system for the production of special lenses.

the system works under optimal space conditions. this video shows the ionized cleaning and bonding of two lenses. the robot removes two lenses to be bonded together from different trays and stacks them automatically. the lenses are ionized cleaned, bonded, sorted and stacked. the lenses are ionized cleaned and then glued together with uv adhesive. for this purpose, the lenses are each provided with 3 glue dots. all work steps are optimized with regard to movement sequences and time. the complete system was manufactured by us on site in our production hall in bad ditzenbach. have fun watching! click here to go to the video on youtube.
